Ingredients








    

  • 2 oz Mana Tibo Joven Mezcal
    • 

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
    • 

  • ¾ oz Cointreau or triple sec
    • 

  • ¼ oz agave nectar
    • 

  • Sal de gusano (traditional) or kosher salt for rim
    • 

  • Lime wheel for garnish

Steps








1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip in salt.


2. In a shaker, combine mezcal, lime juice, Cointreau, and agave nectar.


3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.


4. Double strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
