Ingredients








    

  • 2 oz Mana Tibo Joven Mezcal
    • 

  • 2 oz fresh mango purée (about 1 ripe mango, puréed)
    • 

  • ¾ oz lime juice
    • 

  • ½ oz agave nectar
    • 

  • 2-3 thin slices of jalapeño (optional)
    • 

  • Tajín rim
    • 

  • Mango slice and lime wheel for garnish

Steps








***If using jalapeño, muddle gently in shaker


1. Add mango purée, mezcal, lime juice, and agave nectar.


2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds (extra time needed to properly incorporate the purée).


3. Double strain into a Tajín-rimmed rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
